Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Laser & Dermal by Sandy has a strict ‘no refund’ policy* in the event you change your mind about treatments 

- All treatments cannot be transferred to existing or new clientele

- If you do not attend, or cancel within 24 hours of your booked pre-paid session, you will automatically forfeit 1 session

- If you are late to your appointment, you will lose that time from your session 

- If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will forfeit that session as well as lose your deposit

- A $50 deposit is required for all bookings over $100

- A 50% deposit is required for bookings between $50-$100

- For treatments valued at less than $50, a full upfront payment is required for a deposit

- Deposits paid for any bookings with our clinic are non-refundable

- If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will lose your deposit

PRE-PAID SESSIONS

- Promotion packages are not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount code

- Packages are to be paid upfront

- Package payments are non-refundable should the client change their mind
- Pre-paid treatments cannot be transferred as credit for other treatments e.g., if you purchase 3 full-body laser hair reduction sessions, should you wish to no longer undergo the remaining laser hair reduction sessions, you cannot use the credit for facial treatments  
- Pre-paid sessions/packages must be booked 4 weeks apart

- Failure to commit to a pre paid booked session will result in the session being forfeited
- If you are late to your appointment, you will lose that time from your session
